Elizabeth, I can't thank you enough for making our Christmas gathering so special. The evening was a complete success. I can't wait to do it again. The instruction was explained so that even a non cook could follow easily and the tips (education) were a real bonus. I am looking forward to incorporating a few of your tricks in to my cooking right away. Your teaching style made the entire experience a pleasure. And I haven't even mentioned the better than (a fine) restaurant food, and how you managed to somehow keep my kitchen clean and inviting seemly with no effort.
