I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed your cooking classes. I no longer feel that I am in a “rut” as far as  menu choices are concerned. Even Dan has remarked that I am now cooking with more confidence and creativity and he is enjoying the benefits. Look forward to seeing you on the 9th for the B&G Club benefit.
